A expectativa \u00e9 que os estados elaborem planos de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o anual com crit\u00e9rios de oferta e demanda, podendo firmar parcerias com institui\u00e7\u00f5es para garantir qualidade, com recursos destinados ao fortalecimento da educa\u00e7\u00e3o profissional e tecnol\u00f3gica."}
